Lost Ten Pounds In Three Months

I was quite disappointed on the result of my three month workout with Gold's gym. Well, I'm not blaming the gym subscription, I'm blaming myself. Although I did all that I could do, I go workout for almost five times a week, do some jogging during weekends, and even monitor my food intake. I even took some diet pills to speed up my weight loss but to no avail. I was so excited when I lost ten pounds on my first month but it never went down from then on. I still weigh 170 lbs from my original weight of 180 lbs last July. I don't know what it is that I'm doing wrong...but I sure am doing something not proper. I renewed my gym subscription for another three months and this time, I'm with my bestfriend Mamu. I hope our workout would be as enjoyable and as effective as before. I'm ready to lose more! Let's get it on!

Not Another Weight Loss Plan

I'm so very proud of myself. Just last month, I decided to enroll myself in Gold's gym. Our company had a partnership with fitness facilities and gave it's employees a discounted rate on their gym subscription. we, along with my two friends, chose Gold's gym because it will only cost us P3,000 for a three month subscription with unlimited use of gym facilities and enrollment on various fitness classes they provide. Furthermore, there is a nearby Golds gym Waltermart Munoz which is just one ride away from where I live. I'm so happy that in a span of one month, I already lost ten pounds! From my original weight of 180 lbs, it's now down to 170! I was able to go to the gym for almost four times a week. One thing that really encourages me to go to the gym is the ambiance of the gym itself. I normally go to the gym after shift which is around 8am. I would normally see only around ten people all in all in the gym which gives me the chance of trying all the equipments available. I think that gave me the motivation to work out more often. I plan to lose those extra forty pounds until December of this year. I will give you more updates regarding this fitness plan and would also share some tips and my best practices on how to lose weight fast.

Another Weight Loss Plan

Sorry I wasn't able to update this blog for a very long time. It's just so happen I've been busy updating my other blogs and busy learning about SEO and how to optimize my websites. I guess there has been information overload that is why I failed to update my other blogs. Anyway, I  am still weighing 180 pounds and still eats two cups of rice every meal. My Little Fashion Blog

Hello everyone! I decided to change the name of my blog from Emotera Moments to Myles Fashion to slimmer myles because I don't think my reader would be able to know that this is a fashion/health and beauty blog if I would stick to it's old title.
