Lost Ten Pounds In Three Months

I was quite disappointed on the result of my three month workout with Gold's gym. Well, I'm not blaming the gym subscription, I'm blaming myself. Although I did all that I could do, I go workout for almost five times a week, do some jogging during weekends, and even monitor my food intake. I even took some diet pills to speed up my weight loss but to no avail. I was so excited when I lost ten pounds on my first month but it never went down from then on. I still weigh 170 lbs from my original weight of 180 lbs last July. I don't know what it is that I'm doing wrong...but I sure am doing something not proper. I renewed my gym subscription for another three months and this time, I'm with my bestfriend Mamu. I hope our workout would be as enjoyable and as effective as before. I'm ready to lose more! Let's get it on!
