Leisure 18

Hey everyone! Sorry if it took so long for me to update this blog. It's just so happen that I again gained so much weight after the New Year. I've decided not to look into the weighing scale with the fear of seeing my true weight. I think I now weigh 180 to 190 lbs. Already managed to weigh 160 last 2010 huhuhu. Enough over crying over spilled milk...I'll just continue with my plan of starting anew with my diet plan and start working on getting slimmer.

My officemate Mikel told me to try Leisure 18. His wife has been taking this slimming coffee for two weeks now and have now lost 4 kilos (approx. 8 pounds). God excited and right after our conversation, I went straight to Robinson's Galleria and bought one. Just took my first cup today and I may say it tastes better than Brazillian Coffee. Hopefully I can bring down my weight to at least 150 lbs. In this stage of my life, I'm already in the phase wherein I could believe and willing to try almost anything. A box of this slimming coffee costs P280 pesos and contains 18 bags. Only one cup 30 minutes before first meal is enough. Hopefully this would be the answer for my weight problem. Will update you of whatever the development would be. Ciao!

My Realization

I just saw a documentary in BIO channel about a girl who wants to lose her weight. She was originally 250 lbs and has just recently been ditched by her boyfriend saying he isn’t attracted to her anymore. It just touched my heart and started looking into my own situation. How many times have I been rejected either by a man or by other people because of my weight? How many times have I lost an opportunity for advancement in a company because I was not so confident enough because of my weight problem. This issue about my weight has been a big factor on why I am still here on the same spot I am years before without any glance of success. The same time I’ve listened to her story in the television…I know I also need help. Help on how to lose weight so I could finally get back my life…the life that was really meant for me.

I don’t know if I could succeed this time but I believe that I need to do something drastic to make it work. I have been in a limbo of weight loss but this time, I am willing to devote my time, willing to resign from my job and willing to do anything to make sure I can lose at least twenty pounds of my current weight. I am currently weighing 180lbs…I wanted to be at least 135 lbs. That’s good enough for me. The company I am working with gave us 70 percent discount for golds gym subscription for three months…I would take it again. My journey starts on September 1st. Please pray for me.

Not Another Weight Loss Plan

I'm so very proud of myself. Just last month, I decided to enroll myself in Gold's gym. Our company had a partnership with fitness facilities and gave it's employees a discounted rate on their gym subscription. we, along with my two friends, chose Gold's gym because it will only cost us P3,000 for a three month subscription with unlimited use of gym facilities and enrollment on various fitness classes they provide. Furthermore, there is a nearby Golds gym Waltermart Munoz which is just one ride away from where I live. I'm so happy that in a span of one month, I already lost ten pounds! From my original weight of 180 lbs, it's now down to 170! I was able to go to the gym for almost four times a week. One thing that really encourages me to go to the gym is the ambiance of the gym itself. I normally go to the gym after shift which is around 8am. I would normally see only around ten people all in all in the gym which gives me the chance of trying all the equipments available. I think that gave me the motivation to work out more often. I plan to lose those extra forty pounds until December of this year. I will give you more updates regarding this fitness plan and would also share some tips and my best practices on how to lose weight fast.
